Project Profile: A home owner was building a new home and wanted to explore ways to positively impact the environment in a sustainable manner. The home was designed to be 34% better than CA Title 24 standard which qualified the home owner for the NSHP (New Solar Home Partnership) and the California Advanced Homes rebates. As a result the homeowner will recover their initial investment in approx. 5 years and increased their property value by ~ $40,000. Client’s Comments: “Xero Solar was a pleasure to work with and they paid particular attention to making sure that the solar arrays stayed out of sight. ”

Project Profile: The home owner was building a new home and wanted to explore ways to positively impact the environment in a sustainable manner. This rebate of $2.50/W was more than double the non – NSHP rebate which resulted in a significantly lower up front cost. SunPower Black modules were used to enhace the aesthetic appearance. Xero Solar worked closely with the Center’s Board of Directors to design a system that meets 60% of the Center’s electrical loads.
