At Xero, every discipline that touches your project sits inside one office: reviewing the same drawings, accountable to the same standard, and answering to the same client. Engineering & Permitting
Our in house engineering team translates your vision into a meticulously designed reality. The Xero team then submits the plans for permit, managing the City & Fire approval process end to end.
Installation, Inspection, & Permission to Operate
Xero's installation crew is never subcontracted. Our Installation Crew interfaces with your Account Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer on a daily basis.

Service defines the Xero way. Providing performance and monitoring; and fostering lifetime relationships. We answer the phone two, five, and sixteen years later.

Our residential team are experts in designing systems for existing homes and new construction or remodel projects. Our attention to detail provides the highest quality systems that seamlessly integrate into your home. We provide:
