Our residential practice is built around attention to detail. We start our process with
an initial phone call to discover what system design best fits your needs. Pre- and
post- installation site surveys ensure equipment locations and conduit runs are planned
and reviewed for your approval before any work begins. Engineering plans are shared with
you before we submit for permit; and we always permit our work before we install.
Once the system is installed, we schedule and host all required inspections; and facilitate
the interconnection process on your behalf. Every project concludes with an in-person system
orientation, so you can enjoy your system for 25+ years.

When solar is integrated into the design rather than an after thought, the result
is a cleaner, more capable system at a lower installed cost.
For New Construction and Major Remodel projects, we work alongside your architect and general
contractor from schematic design.

Existing home installations
For homes that are not under renovation, we design the least disruptive path: interior conduit runs where attic and wall space allow, and neatly executed exterior runs where they do not.

Roof Geometry
Layouts drawn to the actual roof and shading conditions. Production analyses uses localized weather data and actual tilt and azimuth of the roof planes.
Clean Conduit Runs
Runs routed through walls, mechanical chases, and attic spaces wherever the home allows. Surface mounted conduit is laid out with intent, not improvised on the day.
Battery Integration
Tesla Powerwall and other home battery systems utilized for both energy arbitrage and resiliency benefits.
Solar Roof Where Appropriate
For new construction and major remodels, Tesla Solar Roof can replace conventional roofing entirely when a roof-as-array approach is the right call.

We specify solar panels and inverters from a short list of manufacturers whose engineering, warranty, and finish quality meet our standard. We use matte black on black panels for a clean, uniform look; and we always use high efficiency modules to optimize usable roof space.

A residential solar system is a 20-30 year asset. To capture the value of that entire lifecycle, it pays (literally) to have a contractor that sticks around. When the time comes to expand the array, add a second battery or service an inverter, the same team that installed the system is the team that returns. Your drawings are still on file; and the relationship continues without re introduction.
While solar and battery systems are considered low maintenance systems, preventative maintenance protects your savings and resiliency goals. We schedule annual performance reviews and physical system audits on request. As always, these services are provided in-house not 3rd party.
