We share project work selectively and with the consent of our clients. The seven projects that follow are representative rather than exhaustive, drawn from across our residential and commercial practice. Locations are noted at the community level only, in keeping with the discretion our clients expect.

Coastal Modern Residence

Brief
A ridgeline home with three roof planes, ocean facing, and a hardscape that demanded a tidy, professional install.
Challenge
Each roof plane faced a different azimuth, two were partially shaded by a neighboring property, and the homeowner wanted clean lines, matched hardware, and no exposed conduit runs across finished surfaces.
Solution
We split the array across three independent string optimizer subarrays, routed conduit through interior walls where it made sense, and located three Powerwalls in a dedicated room behind the garage.
Outcome
Full whole home backup with annual production that exceeds the home's full annual demand. The panels are on the roof where they belong, laid out cleanly and aligned to the architecture.

Brief
A new construction estate by a prominent Los Angeles architect specifying Tesla Solar Roof as the primary roofing system.
Challenge
Solar Roof installation had to coordinate with the framing schedule, the roofing underlayment specification, and the interior electrical rough in. Any delay would push the entire project off its delivery date.
Solution
Our team was on site from foundation through punch list, coordinating directly with the framer and the general contractor. Solar Roof tiles were sequenced with conventional roofing in zones the architect specified.
Outcome
Tesla Solar Roof installed on schedule, full whole home backup with five Powerwalls, integrated with EV charging for two vehicles.
Mixed Use Office Complex solar installation in Culver City

Mixed Use Office Complex

Brief
A mid sized office and creative complex pursuing reduced operating costs and a meaningful sustainability narrative for tenants.
Challenge
Five separate rooftops, three different roof ages and warranties, an active tenant base that could not be disrupted, and a utility interconnection requiring careful scheduling.
Solution
We phased the installation across six weekends, sequenced around tenant move out and roof warranty work, and consolidated the interconnection into a single point of common coupling.
Outcome
A multi rooftop solar installation that offsets a significant majority of the property's common area and tenant load, with operations completed without a single service ticket.
Architectural Modern, Cliffside solar installation in Pacific Palisades

Architectural Modern, Cliffside

Brief
A cliffside modern home where the architect wanted the array, conduit, and inverter handled with the same care as the rest of the build.
Challenge
The only viable roof was a single deck with strict setbacks and full visibility from the street and adjacent properties, so every panel placement and conduit run had to be deliberate.
Solution
A low profile mounting system, matte black panels selected for a uniform field, conduit routed through a mechanical chase planned during framing, and the inverter installed inside a finished mechanical room.
Outcome
A clean, quiet rectangle of solar aligned to the parapet, with the supporting electrical work executed to architectural standard rather than left exposed.

Rolling Hills

Boutique Hotel

Brief
A boutique hotel undertaking a partial energy retrofit alongside a guest room renovation, with operations continuing throughout.
Challenge
Guest noise and visual disruption had to be minimized. Roof access required coordination with the operations team and limited windows of work each day.
Solution
A staged installation timed around guest occupancy patterns, with material staging in a back of house yard and a single dedicated installation crew throughout to maintain continuity.
Outcome
Energy retrofit completed with zero guest complaints and with the property continuing to operate at full occupancy for the duration.
Family Compound solar installation in Malibu

Malibu

Family Compound

Brief
A multi structure family compound consisting of a main residence, a guest house, a pool pavilion, and a separate office building.
Challenge
Four independent electrical services, four separate roof types, and a single client expectation of a unified system that could be managed as one.
Solution
We designed a coordinated system that pooled production across the property, with a centralized battery installation in the mechanical building serving whole compound backup.
Outcome
One project, four buildings, one set of monitoring credentials, and a single quarterly performance report delivered to the family office.

Project 061 Commercial / Carport + EV
Redondo Beach

Solar Carport and Office

Brief
A creative office headquarters seeking to add covered parking, EV charging for staff and clients, and a meaningful solar contribution in a single project.
Challenge
Existing parking layout had to be preserved during and after construction, structural foundations required careful subsurface review, and the EV charging count was scoped to grow over time.
Solution
An architecturally integrated solar carport designed in coordination with the property's existing facade, foundations sized for future EV expansion, and an electrical service upgrade designed to accommodate three phases of charger rollout.
Outcome
A single visible piece of campus infrastructure that delivers shade, charging, and a substantial portion of the building's daytime load.
How These Projects Were Made

The same TERRITORY, every time

Every solar panel installation shown above was designed, engineered, permitted, and installed by the same in house team. We did not assemble a project specific cast of subcontractors. We did not hand the engineering to a service in another state. We did not file the permits through a third party expediter. The principal engineer who reviewed the shade model also signed the stamped drawings. The crew lead who walked the site on day one returned for the commissioning walk. That continuity is what makes the outcomes possible.
